Ihre zentrale Rolle: Sie beraten und coachen die Vertriebsführungskräfte unserer Bankpartner mit Fokus auf: • Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie des Bankpartners und Erhöhung der Führungseffektivität• Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung des Coaching-Modells sowie des Maßnahmenportfolios der Bank Coaches (. Adressierung identifizierter Potentiale mit dedizierten Maßnahmen)• Fachliches Onboarding bzw. Rollout Management bei der Einführung technischer und fachlicher Neuerungen (. neue Produkte) oder der Anbindung neuer Vertriebswege• Mitwirkung bei der Akquise neuer Kooperationspartner Ihr Profil: Kommunikativer Coach mit vielschichtiger Erfahrung: • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation• Langjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb und Key Account Management, idealerweise im Banken-oder Finanzsektor• Erfahrung im Coaching und in der Entwicklung von Vertriebsteams, insbesondere in der Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften ohne direkte Personalverantwortung• Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten zur Vertriebsoptimierung, z. B. in der Einführung von neuen Verkaufsprozessen oder Vertriebstechnologien• Ausgeprägte Coaching-Kompetenzen und Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Workshops und Trainings• Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, insbesondere in der Steuerung und Implementierung von Vertriebsprojekten• Hohe strategische und analytische Fähigkeiten, um die Vertriebsleistung kontinuierlich zu optimieren und langfristige Partnerschaften erfolgreich zu entwickeln• Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl in der Beratung als auch im direkten Coaching von Vertriebsteams• Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln mit einem klaren Fokus auf Ergebnisse und Effizienz Unser Angebot: Bei uns finden Sie ein breites Themenspektrum, in dem Sie Ihr Fachwissen nutzen können und sich Ihr Potenzial frei entfalten kann.
