Then this is the right opportunity for youWe are looking for a dedicated and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and create AI-powered features and services for Drooms’ data rooms.Your work will span the full development lifecycle — from initial experimentation to final implementation — helping shape our engineering stack and bringing cutting-edge research into production.If you enjoy working in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment and thrive on solving complex challenges, we look forward to receiving your applicationDesign, conduct, and analyze experiments to evaluate and improve model performanceDevelop and implement machine learning models and algorithms using best practicesCollaborate on larger features and systems, guiding junior engineers or working students when neededIntegrate ML components into the overall application and ensure high reliability and scalabilityStay up to date with current research and present findings in Journal Clubs and Tech TalksUse Python and modern ML tools (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face) to build and optimize AI featuresWork with cloud environments (preferably AWS) and modern development tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and LinuxPresent experiment outcomes clearly and contribute to discussions that shape our product directionYour Profile3–5 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a related fieldDegree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Bioinformatics, or a comparable technical backgroundStrong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and Hugging FaceSkilled in data science libraries (pandas, numpy, matplotlib/plotly/seaborn) and SQL databasesExperience working in cloud environments, preferably AWSFamiliar with software engineering tools (Git, CI/CD, Bash, Linux)Experience in training and deploying ML/AI modelsStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferably experience in mentoring, publications, or personal ML projectsVery good knowledge of English (our daily working language)Our BenefitsIn addition to our committed support of our employees, our diverse, fun and inclusive workplace as well as individual onboarding program, we offer a variety of local benefits and learning opportunities.
