Then show us your game face – because we’re looking for a Product Manager (m/f/x) - Regulatory & Compliance to join the team Your daily pitch At Tipico we play to win and as our Product Manager (m/f/x) with a focus on regulatory topics you will be involved in improving our product. Think of yourself as a tactical mastermind, working closely with the Product Lead and cross-functional teams to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward. You ensure compliance within our products while driving efficiency and innovation - just like a top coach shaping a championship-winning team.Your playing fieldYou work closely with our Product Lead and other Product Managers to define, communicate and execute the product roadmap for regulatory compliance focusing also on verification and responsible gaming features and/or changes.You draft the game plan and guide the development teams in an agile environment - defining the backlog, epics and user stories. You align with stakeholders and use data-driven analysis to ensure requirements are captured efficiently and prioritized accordingly to ensure fast and smooth delivery of products and features.You work alongside the Product Lead to conceive, document, and launch new features and improvements that keep Tipico playing on the highest-level.You conduct market and competitive research, develop a deep understanding of our user's pain points and gain customer insights utilizing data analysis. QualificationsWhich skills should you bring to the pitchQualification. You have a university degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Business Administration or a similar field. Expertise. You bring profound experience working as a Product Manager / Product Owner, managing and delivering end-to-end product solutions, ideally in a regulated industry, iGaming, sportsbook, customer verification products or a related industry/product. Technical Skills. You have a very good understanding of product and software development life cycle and you are able to review implementations, support our technical development teams and ensure a high quality in product and feature development.Customer Focus. You have a strong customer-centric mindset, utilizing data to gain insights and focus on our users motivations and desires. Communication. You are a strong communicator in English, making it easy for you to work with stakeholders, teammates and our cross-functional tech teams.
