We’re looking for a performance-driven and highly analytical Senior Paid Social & Analytics Manager to take ownership of our META ad account and drive international growth.As our Senior Paid Social & Analytics Manager, you will:Fully own our META ad accounts across countries: setup, structure, targeting, optimizationPlan and execute campaigns that deliver growth and new customers in DACH, France, Italy, and moreDrive funnel analysis, A/B tests, and creative learnings using tools like Tableau, META Business Manager, Motion, and spreadsheetsDefine bundles, test strategies, and platform setups aligned with product launches and business goalsLead the paid social OKRs and coordinate performance efforts across marketsPrepare and align budgets and strategic decisions directly with the Director of Performance MarketingTHIS IS YOUIf you are passionate about sustainability and highly motivated to help create a better, cleaner world, then we already like you a lot.
