Du steuerst bei clockin die Produktentwicklung von Discovery bis Delivery, priorisierst mit Design & Engineering und machst aus KI-Features und neuen Add-ons messbaren Umsatz sowie echten Kundennutzen.Deine AufgabenDu definierst die Produktstrategie für deinen Bereich und priorisierst die Roadmap nach messbarem Impact.Eigenständig übernimmst du Discovery: Kundeninterviews, Datenanalysen und Markt-/Wettbewerbs-Research.Du übersetzt Erkenntnisse in PRDs/User Stories mit klaren Zielen, KPIs und Akzeptanzkriterien.Im Trio mit Design & Engineering steuerst du Delivery, Iterationen, Launch-Entscheidungen und Abnahmen.Geplant und umgesetzt werden von dir Experimente (A/B, Feature Flags) zur Steigerung von Adoption und Retention.Du treibst KI-Features und Add-ons für neue Verticals und erhöhst Nutzungs- und Umsatzeffekte.Instrumentiert werden von dir Metriken, Telemetrie und Quality-Guardrails (z. B. Support-Last, Stabilität, Performance).Du orchestrierst Stakeholder-Alignment mit Marketing, Sales, CS/Support und Management und schließt Feedback-Loops.Das bringst du mit2–5 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Manager:in im SaaS-/Startup-Umfeld, end-to-end von Discovery bis Delivery.Souverän in agilen Methoden (Scrum/Kanban), Roadmap- & Backlog-Management, PRDs/User Stories mit Akzeptanzkriterien.Stark datengetrieben: KPI-/OKR-Setup, Funnel-/Cohort-Analysen, Experimentdesign (A/B, Feature Flags).Praxis mit Product-Analytics/Telemetry (z. B. Amplitude/GA/Mixpanel) und Basis-SQL; BI-Tools von Vorteil.Technisches Grundverständnis auf Augenhöhe mit Engineering; gutes UX/UI-Gespür und Zusammenarbeit mit Design.KI-fit: Erfahrung/Interesse an LLM-/KI-Use-Cases, Prompting/Evals, Token-Kosten & Guardrails; idealerweise KI-Features mitkonzipiert.Exzellente Kommunikation & Stakeholder-Management über Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, CS.Erfahrung in Go-to-Market/Enablement und Post-Launch-Iteration (Adoption, Retention, Quality-Guardrails).Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst an und erledigst auch weniger glamouröse Aufgaben zuverlässig und sauber, um Ziele zu erreichen.Deutsch sehr gut, Englisch sicher in Wort & Schrift.Bonus: PLG-Erfahrung, Pricing/Packaging-Exposure, Kenntnisse zentraler SaaS-Metriken (MRR, Churn, NPS).Wir konnten dich begeistern?
