We are an international team of 14 headcounts and looking for a Client Service Junior Analyst.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for a diverse portfolio of syndicated/large scale bilateral loans from offer/start to closing until final maturity date ( project financings, leveraged transactions, stand-by facilities and acquisition financings for multinational clients based in EMEA, Dutch & German Large & Midcaps)Regular interaction with internal stakeholders and market counterpartiesReview, comment, negotiate legal documents (loan agreements, security agreements etc.) including coordination and collection of all internal approvals for new transactions/lifecycle eventsManagement of all lifecycle events during the lifetime of a loan (amendments, waivers, extensions, increases etc.)Deliver key information to support external auditors in preparation of annual financial statements.SkillsUniversity degree in business administration/economics or comparable working experience – basic knowledge of syndicated loan documentation would be an advantageStrong customer focus, business orientation and relationship skillsAbility to work in a team and assume ownershipStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsForeign language skills in German, English and if possible French, Spanish and Italian​The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.Well-being & BenefitsEmotionally and mentally balanced: We support you in maintaining good mental health.
