SUMMARY We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer (CSE), Team Lead to support our EU-based customers with the use of our product, theRasa Platform. As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be working alongside customer success managers, supporting the world’s top chatbot development teams and building mission-critical conversational assistants. You will also have management responsibilities for the EU team of CSEs. Full-time - Remote - Germany, Serbia Rasa can assist with work authorization in Germany only, but we do not provide any relocation assistance. ABOUT THIS ROLE We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to support our mission. We are hiring for this position because we are seeing tremendous growth in our customer base. As a Sr. CSE, Team Lead, you will: Help our customer’s DevOps team deploy to Kubernetes, using our Helm charts Help our customer's engineers build chatbots with theRasa Platform Run workshops onConversation-Driven Development Advocate for the customer by passing on product feedback to the product team Provide leadership & management to the CSEs located in Europe ABOUT YOU You are a hands-on leader, who likes to get deep into the technology. You have strong experience with Kubernetes or Openshift, Helm & Python. You have experience building chatbots with Rasa. You have experience in a technical, client facing role You have a learning mindset. You enjoy helping others. You find the root cause of issues. When an obvious fix doesn’t work you find a workaround. You will be working from Germany or Serbia. Please keep in mind that we are describing the background that would best fit the role. You will be leading a team of 4 CSEs. Rasa has a total of 10 CSEs, located in Europe & USA.
