What you'll do

 Your job would entail supporting our project teams in one or more of the following tasks:   

• Supporting managerial administrative tasks (for example, travel bookings, calendar management, meeting preparation, meeting minutes, team event organization, etc.)
• Event organization support and coordination (for example, room bookings, catering reservations, travel, logistics)
• General office administration and organizational tasks

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university in Business Studies or related fields
• Computer skills: Advanced MS Office
• Language skills: Advanced English and fluent German
• Soft skills: Strong team working and communication skills
• Others: Reliable, pro-active, open-minded

Meet your team

Our team, developing functionalities of the Generative AI Hub, acts as an integral part of the SAP Business AI area within SAP SE. We are driven by our mission to integrate the latest technology in AI into all our enterprise applications, thereby empowering our customers to maximize the potential of their business data.
Our team fosters a dynamic and innovative work environment reminiscent of a startup culture within the global enterprise business. Despite our firm establishment on the global stage, we maintain an agile and innovative environment that inspires creativity and breakthrough progress.
Furthermore you will work together also with the other teams in our unit and also other teams located in the Innovation Center Potsdam as well as the location leads.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
