At Perrigo in Herrenberg, we’re looking for a dynamic professional to evaluate, design, and implement robust, lean manufacturing processes that power our success. In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing strategic initiatives and coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) and transfer projects using proven local and global methodologies. Please note it´s a temporary position (2 years).Scope of the RoleEvaluate, design, and ensure robust, functional, and lean manufacturing processes.Independently manage smaller or sub-projects.Initiate and lead improvement or development projects in collaboration with R&D or bulk manufacturing teams.Perform reporting, documentation, and other miscellaneous operational tasks.Experience RequiredEducational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or a comparable field, with at least 2 years of experience in developing liquid manufacturing processes.Business & Project Skills: Solid understanding of business administration and proven project management capabilities.Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with lab-scale setups, scale-up processes, trials, and validation runs.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills in both German and English.Working Style: Flexible, pragmatic, and capable of managing a diverse range of tasks independently.Digital Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP and TrackWise is a plus.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with GMP and QMS; experience in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, or medical device industries is advantageous.Mindset: Curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
