Our client a forward-thinking and fast-growing company in Berlin is looking for a motivated Growth Manager (Strategy & Operations, DACH) to lead key initiatives across the DACH region, optimizing operations while fueling growth, innovation and market expansion. About the Role As Growth Manager, you will take on a hybrid role combining strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring. Youll be tasked with shaping growth strategies, streamlining internal operations and ensuring smooth execution across multiple functions to support the companys expansion in German-speaking markets.
