Ihre Aufgaben: Verwaltung und Wartung (auch automatisiert) sowie Weiterentwicklung unserer Virtualisierungs- und Serverinfrastruktur sowie Monitoring (Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit, …) und angemessene Dokumentation derselben Auswahl und Beschaffung von Soft- und Hardware sowie gelegentlich auch deren Einbau im RZ in besonderen Fällen 3rd-Level-Applikationssupport Unterstützung und Beratung des gesamten Betriebsteams in der Anwendung ihrer Lösungen sowie bei Bedarf auch unserer internen Projekt- und Produktteams sowie unserer externen Partner Sie bringen folgende Kenntnisse mit: Virtualisierung mit VMware und gerne auch MS-Hyper-V je auf Enterprise Level Last-, Performance- und Ressourcenoptimierung in hochverfügbaren Infrastrukturen Betriebssysteme Ubuntu, RHEL und MS Windows Server in Kombination mit Bash, PowerCLI, MS PowerShell und solidem Linux-Praxiswissen Gerne Sicherheit und entsprechende Werkzeuge wie z. B. Greenbone Security Manager Aufbau und Betreuung eigener Rechenzentren ist vorteilhaft Ihre Persönlichkeit: Sie arbeiten selbstständig, ergreifen die Initiative und lösen zielgerichtet Probleme. Sie sind gleichzeitig ein Teamplayer, stets hilfsbereit und bemüht, Ihr Wissen zu teilen und zu erweitern. Sie übernehmen für Ihre Arbeit gerne die Verantwortung, sind belastbar und kommunikationsfähig. Sie werden in kritischen Situationen nicht kopflos, behalten stets die Ruhe und den Überblick. Sie teilen unsere Überzeugung, dass das Einhalten von Standards für operative Prozesse kein bürokratischer Aufwand ist, sondern die Grundlage qualitativ hochwertiger Ergebnisse.
