Job DescriptionSupport international METRO entities in implementation of Global Quality Assurance standardsProvide trainings on applicable QA standards to QA teams from countries and relevant stakeholders, and provide technical assistance whenever needed.Develop Technical manuals to support entities in implementation of standard requirementsReview and update of QA documents and procedures related to Multichannel operationsSupport in development/improvement of QA features in operational IT tools with the aim to facilitate the implementation of QA requirements.Contribute to the integration of the newly acquired Food Service Distribution companies into METRO Quality Management System & manage QA workstream of the post-merger integration processConduct risk assessment and annual Quality Audits of Logistic Service Providers (LSP) for international supply chain of METRO and ensure closure of non-conformities by LSPSupport in investigation of internal claims and countries complaints for products distributed by LSPsSupport in development of Quality Management System for Marketplace/E-commerce & develop relevant documentationSupport in development and review of QA documents for Hard Franchise business QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in food technology, science and/or engineeringProven experience in implementing Quality Management Systems on siteExperience in developing and maintaining QA documentationA track-record of minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in QA operations with experience in HACCP and PRP development and implementationAuditing skills (lead or internal auditor certificate for GFSI or ISO certification schemes).Fluent English skills along with strong soft skills, including communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and a proactive working style.Additional InformationWhat we offer:Work-life balance: Flexible working hours with the option of mobile working in agreement with your line manager, 30 days of holidays.Training: A comprehensive training offer via our own training center or externally.Well-being: Health days with lots of health checks and information about your well-being, company medical care including a range of preventive services, such as flu shots, OTHEB employee assistance program.
