WORKING STUDENT QUANTITATIVE ANALYST

Your Role As a Working Student in Quantitative Analysis, you will be an integral part of our IT Market Data & Analytics Team, reporting directly to the Head of Market Data & Analytics. From day one, you will engage with our internationally renowned client base—including Multinational Corporates, Institutional Clients, and Banks and gain hands-on experience in the FinTech and Foreign Exchange (FX) markets.You will contribute to the development of in-house statistical models, pricing libraries, and analytical tools that support the daily operations of 360T’s Active Markets business (360TGTX and 360T SUN). Your work will directly impact the evolution of our data analytics platform, 360T Vantage, enhancing its quantitative capabilities for both buy- and sell-side clients. Your Responsibilities Contribute to the development of in-house statistical models, pricing libraries and tools to support the daily analytical needs of 360T’s Active Markets business (360TGTX and 360T SUN)Prepare periodic updates & actionable insights for distribution to senior audiences both internally and externallyImprove the quantitative capabilities of 360T’s new data analytics platform, 360T Vantage, for buy and sell-side clients Build effective working relationships with key business stakeholders including C-suite executives, data engineers, project managers, product managers and other partners across the firm to achieve common data-driven goals and targetsReview and refine existing business information workflows to optimize current data processes and highlight opportunities for improvement and growthTranslate new business data tasks into clear technical and functional requirements for our Data Engineering and IT partner teams to implement production-grade solutionsProactively maintain knowledge management tools: hold regular knowledge sharing sessions with peers and partner teams Your Profile Currently enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student (e.g. Data Analytics & Management or similar)Passionate about data: you understand the value of big data and the benefits and commercial opportunities it offersSelf-starter: be eager to learn and have the drive and will to succeedExcellent written and verbal communication and data-storytelling skills: use data to tell a story to both technical and business audiencesPython, SQL, R, Tableau, Jupyter Notebooks experience a mustStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsNumerical degree or data science background Understanding of how the Foreign Exchange market operatesNice to have: some experience working in a highly regulated environment and associated processesNice to have knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, machine learning, AI, cloud computing Our Offer Bachelor / Master Thesis in consultation with the teamPossibility for a permanent employment after successful graduationPerformance appraisals on a regular base360T AcademySocial gatheringsWe offer an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to participate in the growth of a successful technology company in the financial sector.
