Therefore, we are looking for a QA Automation Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Munich.YOUR IMPACTAs QA Automation Engineer (m/f/d) at ottonova you will...build, maintain, and extend a reliable automated test setup for our web applications and backend systemsdefine and execute manual tests during each sprint and communicate findingsestablish test processes, advocate for testability and a user focus during the planning process and help define quality gates when features are production readycontribute to the exchange of ideas with other QA engineers and the development of QA best practicesYOUR SKILLSETRole RequirementsBeing in this role at ottonova means that you are experienced at an intermediate level: you have several years of relevant professional experience in a technology-focused environment.You are significantly experienced in conceptualization, execution and development of automated and manual tests for front- and backend systemsYou have good working knowledge of testing frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright and a mastery of your own toolset (operating managers, IDE, debugging, packet managers etc.)You are familiar with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) environments like GitLabYou have comprehensive knowledge of RESTful APIsAbout youYou have a proficiant level of spoken and written EnglishYou posses a great attention to detailYou deliver consistently high-quality work, and a strong sense of ownershipYou are a strong communicator, collaborator, and experienced with working in an agile, interdisciplinary teamYou are passionate about your career and posses a genuine interest in what you do.
