Profil Erfahrung im Bereich Systemdesign, Installation und Strukturdesign Kenntnisse in Konstruktionsprozessen, Methoden und Tools (2D/3D CAD, PLM, Konfigurationstools), insbesondere CATIA V5 und 3DX für EWIS Physical Design Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium in Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Maschinenbau Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in Flugzeugentwicklung und Systeminstallation Kenntnisse der Zulassungsanforderungen, Konstruktionskriterien und Werkstoffe Fähigkeit, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu priorisieren und umzusetzen Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung mehrerer Flugzeugprogramme Gute Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten Kenntnisse in Kabelbaumführung und Installationsregeln (z. B. Redundanz, Trennung, Schutz, Biegeradius, Befestigung, Kennzeichnung) sowie Erfahrung mit 3D-Kabelbaum-Tools von Vorteil Erfahrung mit Fertigungszeichnungen Aufgaben Physikalische Auslegung und Installation von elektrischen Flugzeugsystemen und Kabelbäumen nach Installationsanforderungen Raumaufteilung für Geräte und Definition der Kabelbaumverläufe Festlegung physikalischer Schnittstellen zwischen Systemen und Primärstruktur sowie System-zu-System (ICDs) Definition und Aufbau von konfigurierten Produktstrukturplänen Erstellung und Freigabe von Fertigungsunterlagen (3D-Modelle in CATIA, Zeichnungen, Stücklisten) für Einzelteile, Baugruppen und Kabelbäume sowie mechanische und elektrische Installationen Koordination der Konstruktion mit allen beteiligten Parteien Unterstützung des V&V-Prozesses und des Anforderungsmanagements, falls erforderlich Planung und Durchführung der Aktivitäten gemäß Gesamtprogrammschedule über alle Entwicklungsphasen, um die termingerechte Bereitstellung der Konstruktionsleistungen sicherzustellen Was wir bieten Attraktives Tarifgehalt inkl.
