As an air freight specialist, you will be connected with our colleagues across six continents, overseeing global flight connections, freight consolidations, as well as door-to-door transports and express deliveries. We are currently looking for a new team member to join our air freight team in Nuremberg as an  Airfreight Export Operator . Location : Nuremberg |  Reference Number : A6 | Employment Type: Permanent Your Responsibilities: Independent handling of air freight shipments Customs clearance Creation of Air Waybills (ABDs) Trustful communication with customers, international branches, partners, and agents Independent handling of damage claims and complaints Preparation of quotations Your Profile: Successfully completed vocational training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d) Further education in hazardous goods handling and training as an air security officer desirable Relevant professional experience in the field of air freight export Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken) Proficiency in using customs programs, e.g., Dakosy Flexibility, high commitment, and customer orientation Organizational talent, negotiation skills, and teamwork Desirable certifications: reliability check and air security training Familiarity with TMS Cargowise is a plus Experience with automotive customers is desirable Diversity and equal opportunities are firmly anchored principles in our company philosophy.
