  • Partner with IMS governance, Business unit /staff function process owners, and various business stakeholders (e.g., Finance, QHSSE, Engineering) to ensure a coherent, compliant, and efficient value stream.

IMS Compliance

  • Embed ISO standards (e.g., 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001) as well as Vattenfall group requirement into processes, acting as a guardian of our integrated management system and ensuring adherence to BA Wind's Process Framework.

Performance improvement

  • Identify gaps and harmonize processes; define KPIs/PPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and utilize problem-solving methods (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) for continuous improvement.

You are a pragmatic yet collaborative professional who excels at balancing the need for high-quality, standardized processes with the flexibility required in a dynamic, international environment. You enjoy visualizing data, drawing insights to convey a clear message, and you thrive on stakeholder engagement—working cross-functionally and influencing diverse teams toward shared goals. With a creative mindset and a willingness to persevere through challenges, you take pride in aligning operational reality with strategic objectives. Above all, you are a self-starter who sees opportunity in complexity, remaining solution-oriented while championing continuous improvement.

Next to this, you bring:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Operations Management, Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • + 5 years' experience in business process design, improvement, and optimization, ideally within an integrated management system (IMS) context.
  • Experience working in cross functional team and project driven organization or complex high regulated asset projects

  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0, APQC frameworks, and hands-on experience with business process management/mining tools (e.g., ARIS) is a plus.
  • Experience in renewable energy or project/asset lifecycles (Design, Build, O&M) is desired.

Soft Skills
