Your missionShape the Future of Space & Mobility UNIO is revolutionizing mobility with seamless space-based connectivity and scaling an early-stage venture at the forefront of SpaceTech. We are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence Intern to join us from March 2025.You will take ownership from day one — driving strategy, executing high-impact projects, and contributing to revenue growth in a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You’ll work across cross-functional teams, build and execute, and gain hands-on experience in business development and strategy. Your scope of activities : Growth opportunity identification : Assume co-responsibility for discovering and proactively pursuing new business opportunities. Help to develop a scalable B2B project pipeline to support strategic goals;Lead prospecting: Identify potential clients to continuously replenish the project pipeline;Strategic team collaboration : Actively engage with our C-level and across the tech and the commercial team to share insights and refine business strategies;Market & industry insights : Review and monitor industry and market trends to provide strategic recommendations;Operational execution : Support the commercial team in preparing internal meetings and reporting.Your profileCurrently studying in Business, Economics, or related field (Bachelor or Master Degree)Experience in Consulting, VC, Startups, or Tech CorporatesEntrepreneurial and eager to take ownershipStrong analytical & teamwork skills with excellent communicationFluent in German & EnglishPassionate about venture building, strategy & Biz Dev in Tech & spaceFamiliarity with MS Teams, HubSpot, Canva, Figma would be a plus.Available for 4-6 months (full time)Why UNIO?Flexible work hours and home office policy Attractive paid leave entitlement (in addition of 24th and 31st December) Be part of a culture that fosters growth, collaboration, and fun Unique opportunity to directly contribute to shape and influence the future of the space industryPositive company culture, short lines of communication, visionary leadership Multinational teams from diverse industry verticalTeam Event (Lunch, Offsite, Oktoberfest, Christmas Dinner...)
