The Global Processes Team is responsible for cross-functional process management at Kramp. Working closely with Process Owners and Process Experts across the organization, we drive end-to-end process performance through structural improvements and ensure that the processes are future-ready. As a member of this team, you play a pivotal role in the Spring program – Kramp's group-wide multi-year transformation initiative, where we modernize our IT system landscape and standardize our way of operating.We are looking for a Business Process Manager (Customer Need to Stock) who manages end-to-end process design and optimization in the area. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, you pursue a metrics-driven approach and are comfortable with managing cross-functional process performance improvement. You coordinate and track process optimization projects.What is your role? Your specific tasks include: Be responsible for the design of level 1-5 processes in (CNtS), collaborating with Process Owners and Process ExpertsDrive agreement on process flows across functional areas, and document processes and activity workflows to develop clear and detailed process mapsFacilitate workshops to capture or re-design processes, identify best practices and pain pointsDocument CNtS processes in the tool Mavim in accordance with the modelling conventions, ensuring quality and completenessIdentify process performance metrics and make sure they are monitored and serve the purpose of steering and continuous improvementApply methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to analyze and identify opportunities to improve processes, practices, and proceduresExecute cross-functional improvement initiatives, applying the tools and methods, to improve process performanceAs a member of the Spring program, drive the development of lean and future-proof to-be processes which will serve as a group-wide standardSupport Spring workstreams from the business process and requirements perspective, ensuring that an end-to-end perspective is maintainedSupport Management of Change in Spring to build acceptance of change by providing training and guidance for new processes and monitoring implementation progressWho are you? For this job we have a couple of requirements: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with proven track recordExperience in process modelling using BPMN 2.0Excellent workshop facilitation and presentation skillsProject management know-howEngage effectively with multiple stakeholders and respond with well-balanced, win-win solutionsStructured, analytical approach and ability to deal with complexity and handle multiple work topics in parallelPay attention to detail without losing sight of strategic objectives, context and big pictureMake sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problemsManeuver comfortably through complex policy, process, and people-related organizational dynamicsMaster's Degree or Equivalent Level of Work ExperienceFluent in English and comfortable with working in an international environmentWhat do we offer?
