You will actively shape the strategic direction and act as a sparring partner for the management. Your responsibilities include:Managing strategic and operational financial planning as well as forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processesAnalyzing critical financial issues and deriving well-founded recommendations for the managementDeveloping and tracking measures to achieve targets and identifying opportunities and risks at an early stageOptimizing and digitizing controlling processes in close collaboration with corporate headquartersEnsuring compliance with IFRS and group-wide standards within the internal control frameworkResponsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and acting as the main contact for auditors and tax mattersActive business partnering with a focus on leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication in an international matrix organizationYour Profile – Expertise meets LeadershipYou hold a Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration and have solid experience in a corporate environment or auditing.
