At Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything.Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and solutions are personal. Through our expertise in Innovative Medicine and MedTech, we are uniquely positioned to innovate across the full spectrum of healthcare solutions today to deliver the breakthroughs of tomorrow, and profoundly impact health for humanity. Learn more at https://www.jnj.com Job Function: Environmental Health, Safety (EH&S) and Facilities Services (FS) Job Sub Function: Facilities Management & Planning Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany Job Description: Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Sie: ·         Definition der Projektziele ·         Überwachung und Einhaltung des Budgets ·         Einhaltung der Termine ·         Koordination von externen Planern und Gewerke und enge Abstimmung mit internen Stakeholdern ·         Lösen eventueller Konflikte zwischen bauliche Maßnahmen und operative Tätigkeiten des Unternehmens ·         Organisatorische Durchführung von Baumaßnahmen ·         Leitung eines Teams von externen Partnern und regelmäßige Teambesprechungen ·         Kommunikation mit internen Kunden, externen Partnern, Vorgesetzten ·         Projektdokumentation ·         regelmäßige zielgerichtete Berichterstattung an den Vorgesetzten ·         Ihnen obliegt die Umsetzung aller notwendigen Koordinationsmaßnahmen zum Projekterfolg ·         Weiterhin unterstützen Sie den Ausbau der Facility Digitalisierung und Gebäudeautomatisierung und sind Ansprechpartner für interne Kunden, Lieferanten und externe Dienstleister für alle Bereiche des technischen und infrastrukturellen Facility Managements ·         Sie stellen die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und betrieblicher Richtlinien sowie die Datenqualität für Audits sicher und übernehmen die Pflege erforderlicher Daten  ·         Weitere Aufgaben beinhalten die Schnittstellen zum Fuhrparkmanagement, Werksschutz, Gebäudebrandschutz und der Betrieb der Cafeteria Qualifications: ·         Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar abgeschlossen ·         Sie bringen Berufserfahrung im Project Management, vorzugsweise im TGA-Anlagenbau und/oder Bau-Bereich und können bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter vorweisen ·         Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Versorgungstechnik und der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung.Erfahrungen in der Planung, Bau und Qualifizierung von Reinräumen ist von Vorteil. ·         Ihre Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Organisationsfähigkeit, und Disziplin aus und Sie weisen ein kompetentes Auftreten sowie einer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit und starker Kundenorientierung aus ·         Gute Kenntnisse in der Führung von Bauprojekten (HOAI Phasen) ·         Sie sind extrem flexible und haben ein hohes Durchhaltevermögen und eine besondere Arbeitseinstellung ·         Zielgerichtete Berichterstattung ·         Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office ·         Gute Englisch­kenntnisse
