Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Clean Room Package Manager to lead the design, construction, and validation of clean room facilities for a very large pharmaceutical construction project in Germany. This critical role requires deep expertise in pharmaceutical clean room systems, EU GMP compliance, and package management to deliver state-of-the-art sterile manufacturing environments.The successful candidate will manage all aspects of clean room packages from design through qualification, ensuring compliance with stringent European pharmaceutical regulations and achieving the highest standards of contamination control for drug manufacturing operations.Manage end-to-end delivery of clean room packages including design, construction, and validationOversee clean room design teams ensuring optimal contamination control and operational efficiencyEnsure all clean room systems comply with EU GMP, EMA guidelines, and German pharmaceutical regulationsDirect specialized clean room contractors, HVAC suppliers, and validation teamsCoordinate clean room systems with building services, process equipment, and facility infrastructureLead IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and ensure successful clean room qualificationIdentify and mitigate contamination risks and technical challenges across clean room packagesImplement rigorous quality standards for clean room construction and commissioning Qualifications Degree in Construction, Engineering or related technical disciplineMinimum 5+ years managing clean room projects in pharmaceutical manufacturingProven track record delivering large-scale clean room packages (€50M+ value)Knowledge of EU GMP, ISO 14644, DIN EN standards, and German pharmaceutical regulationsFluent German and English essential for stakeholder managementExperience managing multidisciplinary teams and specialist contractorsComprehensive understanding of clean room systems, HVAC, and validation processesD&IInclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
