Senior Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing

Job DescriptionWe are looking for you as a Senior Tax Manager, Transfer Pricing (m/f/diverse) to support our area Automotive Finance and Controlling at the locations in Frankfurt or Hannover.Your tasks will focus on the following activities:Evaluation and documentation of restructurings and value chain transformation projects, including transfer of functions and valuation of intangiblesDiscussions with German and foreign tax authorities, in particular as part of the defense of Continental transfer pricing in tax auditsBeing contact partner for German and foreign group companies with regard to transfer pricing topics Preparation of the global and local transfer pricing documentation of Continental Group (Masterfile, Local File)Carrying out data analyses and preparation of reports with regard to transfer pricing topics, including FAR and DEMPE analysesCoordination and implementation of advance pricing agreements and dispute resolution processes worldwideReview and further development of Continental’s transfer pricing business model and policiesParticipation in and advice to other projects relevant from a transfer pricing perspective, including M&A projects and other restructuring projects QualificationsThe ideal candidate (m/f/diverse) will possess the following qualifications:Academic degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar, including graduation as Diplom-Finanzwirt, or LawSeveral years of work experiences in a tax advisory company, inhouse tax department of multinational entities or tax authorities with the main subject in the fields of transfer pricingAdvanced German and English language skillsSolid knowledge of MS OfficeGood analytical and communication skills as well as independent way of workingProblem solving mindset, strong commitment, advanced analytical and excellent communication skills as well as team spirit attitudeExpert knowledge of German and international transfer, tax and pricing principles will be a plus.Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome.Additional InformationReady to take your career to the next level?
