Product Owner - Embedded Systems Festanstellung Vollzeit Berlin Seit 1989 bietet die CompuSafe Data Systems AG maßgeschneiderte IT-Services und IT-Transformation für Unternehmenskunden in langfristigen, partnerschaftlichen Geschäftsbeziehungen. Im Rahmen unserer IT-Services und Transformation erbringen wir Leistungen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette Consult-Design-Build-Operate-Manage (CD-BOM). Schwerpunkte bilden unter anderem Projektmanagement sowie Unterstützung bei Applikations- und Rechenzentrumsbetrieb. Weitere Leistungsfelder und Kompetenzen sind die Ablösung von Legacy Applications oder der Umstieg auf 5G. Schwerpunktthemen wie ITSM/ServiceNow haben wir in Practices organisiert: Expertise verbindet sich mit Operational Excellence. Zentrales unterstützendes Element bei all unseren Leistungen ist die IT-Workforce Transformation. Damit adressieren wir auch das Problem des immer größer werdenden Fachkräftemangels bei uns und unseren Kunden. Bei allen Projekten und Services legt CompuSafe größten Wert auf Rechtssicherheit und Compliance. Verantwortlich für die Optimierung und Steuerung der Programmierungs- und Testbezogenen NPI-Prozesse im Werk, um Einführungszeiten und Kosten neuer Produkte zu minimieren Erstellung und Priorisierung des Produktbacklogs für Firmware-Releases und NPI-Projekte in enger Abstimmung mit dem Entwicklungsteam Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Umsetzung von Firmware-Releases und reibungsloser Produkteinführungen (NPI) Kontinuierliche Analyse von Marktanforderungen und Kundenfeedback zur Ableitung von Produktverbesserungen Effiziente Koordination und Kommunikation zwischen Entwicklung, Produktion, IT-Sicherheit und anderen Abteilungen Identifikation und Steuerung von Risiken sowie Ergreifen geeigneter Maßnahmen Erstellung von Reporting und Präsentation der Produktfortschritte an das Management Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor) im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbares (Informatik, Physik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, …). Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Produktowner oder Projektmanager im Bereich NPI, vorzugsweise in der Firmware-Entwicklung Projekt- und/oder Senior Entwicklungserfahrung mit Embedded Systemen. Insbesondere bei der Einführung von neuen (embedded) Produkten in der Produktion Fundiertes technisches Verständnis von Firmware- und Embedded-Systemen, inkl. Kenntnisse in Kryptographie und Zertifikatsmanagement Sehr gute Deutsch- und/oder Englischkenntnisse (mind.
