About the role:Are you ready to take on the challenge of building robust data solutions for cutting-edge Data & AI initiatives? As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and optimizing data pipelines and architectures that enable Data & AI models to deliver transformative insights. Join us to shape the future of digital healthcare with data-driven innovation.About your tasks:Lead the design and development of advanced data models in Tabular and/or Databricks to address company-wide analytical needs, including models supporting financial forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis.Develop and oversee the implementation of sophisticated Power BI Cloud dashboards that surface both operational and financial KPIs, enabling real-time insight into business and financial performance.Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Controlling, and Business Operations to align analytics with strategic and financial objectives.Conduct in-depth financial and operational data analysis, identifying trends, tracking deviations, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to support leadershipEnhance decision-making processes across the organization by transforming complex data into compelling narratives tailored to financial stakeholders.About you: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Consultant, ideally with direct exposure to finance, controlling, or FP&A environments.Advanced proficiency in Power BI Cloud, with a strong understanding of financial data modeling and semantic layer optimization.Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, and Python, with proven capability in handling large datasets for financial analysis and reporting.About your benefits:In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs - whether it‘s living a healthy life, having enough time for your family or developing your skills - we offer a wide range of different site-specific benefits:Sports: Stay healthy.
