Ihre Aufgaben Als Project Manager Partner Koordination (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie die Partner Manager in ihrer täglichen Arbeit und tragen entscheidend zur Pflege und Optimierung unserer Prozesse, Schnittstellen und Effizienz bei. In Ihrer Funktion stellen Sie sicher, dass technische und administrative Aufgaben reibungslos und effizient bearbeitet werden. Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen im Deployment der 1&1 Mobilfunk sowie externen Partnern zusammen, um Prozesse zu koordinieren und einen reibungslosen Betrieb und Ablauf sicherzustellen. Mitarbeit beim Aufbau eines zentralen übergreifendes Reporting mit den verschieden Akquise- und Realisierungs-Partnern Definition der technischen Schnittstellen und Systeme, die zur Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern erforderlich sind Monitoring und Analyse der relevanten Daten in Partner-Portalen. Unterstützung der Partner Manager bei der Verbesserung und Automatisierung von Prozessen, um die Effizienz der täglichen Abläufe zu steigern. Erstellen und Pflege von Handbüchern, Anleitungen und SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) für die Backoffice-Prozesse. Aufbereitung und Analyse von Daten für regelmäßige Berichte, um Partnerbeziehungen zu evaluieren und Verbesserungspotenziale aufzuzeigen. Organisation und Koordination von administrativen Aufgaben für die Partner Manager, z. B. die Erstellung und Verwaltung von Verträgen, Unterstützung bei Rechnungsprüfungen sowie bei der Vorbereitung von Meetings und Präsentationen. Das wünschen wir uns Erfahrung innerhalb einer Partner Management-Organisation oder in einem ähnlichen Umfeld. Kenntnisse in der Nutzung eines Workflow Systems. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen (insbesonders Excel) und Grundkenntnisse in Datenanalysen. Hohe organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, die es Ihnen ermöglicht, auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick zu behalten. Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, Themen verständlich und lösungsorientiert zu vermitteln. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern und Teams zu gewährleisten.
