Key Responsibilities: Develop and configure ThingWorx applications for real-time data acquisition, visualization, and analytics in aerospace environments. Integrate PLM (e.g., Windchill), ERP, SCADA, MES, and sensor data into ThingWorx. Design custom mashups, services, and widgets for end-user interfaces. Implement digital twin, predictive maintenance, or condition-based monitoring use cases. Connect to equipment/systems using Kepware, OPC UA, MQTT, or REST APIs. Support system architecture design, scalability, and security for aerospace-grade IIoT implementations. Work closely with manufacturing, MRO, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Participate in integration with AR/VR solutions such as Vuforia Studio. Prepare technical documentation, system configurations, and training guides. Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.   Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Aerospace, or related field. Experience working with PTC ThingWorx platform. Experience with ThingWorx Composer, ThingModel, Mashup Builder, Services, and Edge SDK. Familiarity with Windchill PLM and ThingWorx-Windchill integration. Proficient in JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and basic Java or Python scripting. Experience in aerospace or industrial manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of IoT protocols, data modeling, and security practices.
