Proposal Manager

Your missionWe are a leading provider of public bike sharing systems, operating thousands of bicycles and expanding into new cities every year to build cleaner, more connected communities through sustainable urban mobility. A significant part of our growth comes from public tenders — and in this role, you will be at the heart of that process. You’ll manage and coordinate the preparation of compelling, high-quality proposals for public tenders and procurement opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure each bid showcases our strengths, strategic vision, and full regulatory compliance. You'll lead and manage the full tender lifecycle across multiple markets (especially the Polish market)Review and analyze tender documents to define requirements and collect/coordinate input from internal teamsYou'll develop clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal content aligned with company objectivesHelp us ensure timely, high-quality submissions that meet all formal criteriaMaintain and continuously improve a structured library of references, templates, and proposal materialsLeverage AI tools to enhance content creation, formatting, compliance, and overall efficiencySupport post-tender phases, including clarifications, presentations, and contract negotiationsTrack upcoming tenders and market trends in micromobility and sustainable urban transportYour profileYou hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field2–4 years of experience in public procurement, proposal management, or tender writingVery good Polish and English skills (minimum C1 level) - German or other European languages are a plusYou have strong writing, organizational, and project management skillsExperience in micromobility, shared mobility, or smart city projects is a strong advantageYou are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively under tight deadlinesYou are team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven in your approachBenefitsA job that sustainably improves your quality of life and that of your fellow humansFlexible work models and structures for creative freedomA permanent position within the company, as well as working in a FlexOffice with appropriate technical equipment, if the activity allows30 days of vacation per yearSpenditCard with monthly credit top-up (40€)Discounts within the Corporate Benefits shopping networkCorporate health management, including Body & Mind workshopsA strong team culture with flat hierarchiesAn international network of colleaguesuse of nextbike rental bicyclesAbout usnextbike is the market leader in bike sharing and a long-standing partner for public transport operators and municipalities across Europe.
