Für die Division GARDENA bist Du in dieser Funktion Bindeglied zwischen IT und Business, sowie für die Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung unserer B2B-Lösungen verantwortlich. Unsere Kunden stehen für dich im Focus deines Handelns.Deine Aufgaben:Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen hinsichtlich B2B CRM Tool, Dealer Portal und dem GARDENA B2B WebshopWeiterentwicklung und Optimierung des GARDENA Webshops und des Dealer PortalsKundenzentrierte Ausgestaltung der Service- und Support-Prozesse sowie Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von aktuellenProzessen innerhalb unseres CRM SystemsFormulierung von Anforderungen an das interne IT DevelopmentTeam, Aufbereitung der Fragen und testen bereitgestellterÄnderungen und neuer ReleasesErstellung von Anwenderdokumentationen & Beschreibung vonGeschäftsprozessen sowie deren regelmäßige ÜberarbeitungMitarbeit in Projekten und bei Ad-hoc Analysen, sowie cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen AbteilungenProjektunterstützung in der Transformation zu SAP S/4Support beim Aufbau, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung vonReporting, relevanten KPls und SystemlösungenUnterstützung bei der Umsetzung von neuen Business Modellen/ Kundenanforderungen mit den jeweiligen SchnittstellenImplementierung und Pflege unseres CRM-Systems zur Optimierung der Kundenbindung und der VertriebsprozesseDein Profil:Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, E-Commerce oder eine vergleichbare AusbildungErfahrungen im SAP, SAP S4/HANA und idealerweise mit derSAP Sales Cloud & Commerce CloudBerufliche Erfahrungen aus der Kundenbetreuung im B2B UmfeldAusgeprägte Kunden- und ServiceorientierungFließende Deutsch- und grundlegende Englisch-KenntnisseVertriebsaffinität und die Bereitschaft sich in neue Bereiche und Prozesse einzuarbeitenTeamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit und der Bereitschaft, sich aktiv in Prozesse einzubringenAnalytisches Denken und eine strukturierte ArbeitsweiseTechnisches Verständnis und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Teams und EntwicklernErfahrungen in der Gestaltung von GeschäftsprozessenUnser Versprechen an dichWerde Teil eines Teams, das leidenschaftlich bei der Arbeit ist, stolz auf seine Geschichte und neugierig auf die Zukunft.
