The hiring process will be done by our office in Timisoara and we will help with the relocation process to Germany. What will expect you in this role:Commissioning, tuning and final testing of complex RF and microwave devicesWorking with state-of-the-art measurement equipment (including spectrum and network analyzers up to 65 GHz)Evaluating measurement results and adjusting devices in close cooperation with the development teamDocumenting test results and proceduresClose collaboration with RF development engineersFault analysis and troubleshooting using circuit diagramsWhat you can contribute:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering or Communications EngineeringInitial experience in RF technology is welcome, but not mandatoryPractical skills such as soldering are an advantageYou work carefully and appreciate a high degree of personal responsibilityYou enjoy contributing as part of a teamGood English skills (written and spoken)German skills are an advantage, but not requiredWhat we offer:We take care of your accommodation in Germany→ Housing in the Holzkirchen area will be organized and supported by us for the duration of your assignmentSmooth and local application process→ Your first interview and main contact will be our Romanian subsidiary in TimisoaraInternational experience→ You gain hands-on experience working in Germany on high-end RF technologyStructured onboarding and support during your stay in GermanyWorking Time → Flexible working hours with 40-hour week and 30 vacation daysYour Benefits→ Profit sharing, salary optimization “More net for the gross” KontaktWe do not process applications received from headhunters or recruiters.
