Your responsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Policy GovernanceServe as the EU subject-matter expert for global mobility, advising HRBPs and business leaders on complex assignments, policy alignment, and risk mitigation.Design, implement, and govern competitive, compliant mobility policies for the EU region, balancing local practices with Midea’s global framework.Continuously optimize policies, processes, and vendor strategies to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and assignee experience. End-to-End Assignment ManagementOversee the full assignment lifecycle (pre-assignment to repatriation/localization) for EU-based moves, ensuring compliance with local immigration, tax, and social security regulations.Provide expert guidance to assignees, HRBPs, and leadership on compensation, benefits, and relocation logistics.Stakeholder Collaboration & CompliancePartner with HRIS(EDP), Payroll, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless process execution, data accuracy, and adherence to EU/global regulations (e.g., GDPR, A1 forms).Manage assignment documentation (e.g., contracts, cost projections) and inter-company billing.
