Position: Video Content Analyst Location: Lisbon, Portugal Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review user reports regarding video content on a shopping platformReview sensitive content, sometimes involving disturbing subject matterRemove inapproperiate contentMake well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: Native/Fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)Able to cover shift rotation (no night shifts)Tolerance sensitive content Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skillsAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detailAble to objectively evaluate and classify the contentNo previous experience in contact center required OFFER: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceShifts on weekly rotation, on Sunday 09 AM- 6 PM. 40 hours work per week Free shuttle in case of no public transportation availabilityHealth Insurance, life Insurance and a family Plan (Spouse/legal partner and children)2 month training agreement + 1 year full-time contract with 30 days probationBe part of a dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach your full potentialMeal allowance Yearly performance bonus Relocation allowance and assistance
