Our E-Commerce & Commercial Law Team is responsible for group-wide legal advisory at ABOUT YOU. This includes drafting and reviewing key commercial contracts – particularly in the areas of supply and distribution – advising on the implementation of new business models, and ensuring regulatory compliance across our operations. The team supports our business units in leveraging legal and commercial opportunities while managing risks in a pragmatic and business-oriented way. As an In-House Counsel – Commercial (m/f/d), you will play a central role in advising our business functions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, advise on distribution channels and digital business models, and actively contribute to the further development of our legal standards and processes.
