Das erwartet Dich Als Teamlead (all genders) leitest Du unser Compliance & Integrity Team und verantwortest unser gruppenweites Compliance Management System und die Abstimmung mit unserem Shareholder in allen Fragen rund um Compliance & Integrity. Du übernimmst das Reporting an unsere Geschäftsführung & unseren Shareholder. Du bist der Owner unserer Compliance-Richtlinien und übernimmst das gruppenweite Richtlinien-Management und die dazugehörigen Prozesse und Maßnahmen und implementierst diese konzernweit. Du bist unser Ansprechpartner des Compliance & Integrity Bereichs für Auditierungen und führst selbst interne Audits durch. Du konzipierst die Integration neu gegründeter Gesellschaften in unser CMS. Du verantwortest die Fallberatung und Betreuung unserer Business Units, Fachbereiche sowie Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in Compliance und Integrity relevanten Themen und Fragestellungen. Du arbeitest aktiv an Compliance-relevanten KPIs und deren Optimierung. Du koordinierst die Weiterentwicklung des Compliance & Integrity Trainingskonzeptes, erstellst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team Trainingsinhalte und koordinierst die Durchführung der Trainings. Du entwickelst Inhalte für die interne Compliance-Kommunikation und spielst diese in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Fachbereich Marketing & Kommunikation aus. Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Compliance Koordinatoren und Compliance Officer in den ausländischen Gesellschaften und steuerst diese. Das bringst Du mit Du verfügst über ein überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes rechtswissenschaftliches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium und hast fünf oder mehr Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Compliance. Du hast Freude daran, Deine fachlichen Kenntnisse mit Deinem Team zu teilen, es zu befähigen und Probleme aus dem Weg zu schaffen. Idealerweise bringst Du erste Führungserfahrung mit.  Du hast eine selbständige, ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und du hast große Freude an Teamwork und Projektarbeit. Beratungskompetenz zeichnet dich aus. Mit deinem souveränen Auftreten und deiner Kommunikationsstärke überzeugst du auch schwierige Stakeholder. Du bringst eine Affinität zu digitalen Themen mit. Du hast gute Kenntnisse von MS Office 365, wünschenswert Sharepoint und PowerBI. Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
