Als Principal Program Lead SAP (m/w/d) spielst du in unserem Unternehmen eine bedeutende Rolle. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernimmst du die Gesamtleitung von strategischen Transformationsprojekten im IT-/HR-Umfeld mit internationaler Reichweite. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Projektplanung, Ressourcen, Budget, Qualität, Risiko- und Stakeholdermanagement und hast darüber hinaus folgende Tätigkeiten: Aufbau und Steuerung einer klaren Projektorganisation, Governance und PM-Standards Strukturierung des Projektstarts und Sicherstellung eines stabilen Projektfundaments Moderation von interdisziplinären Stakeholdern (u. a. IT, Fachbereiche, Shared Services, externe Partner) Sicherstellung einer klaren Kommunikation und Entscheidungsfindung auf allen Ebenen, inkl. Vorstand Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem PMO zur Sicherstellung von Reporting, KPIs und Transparenz Förderung von Change-Management und internationaler Zusammenarbeit Lust auf mehr? (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Verwaltungswissenschaften) oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung verfügst du über langjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter / Programmleiter in komplexen, internationalen Projekten. Deine weiteren Qualifikationen:  Tiefes Know-how in Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Standards (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid) Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau von Governance-Strukturen und Projektorganisationen Erfahrung im Umfeld von IT-Transformationen, idealerweise in HR-/ERP-Systemen (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, o. ä.), ist von Vorteil Sehr starke Steuerungs- und Moderationskompetenz, insbesondere bei heterogenen Stakeholdern Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Kommunikation und Präsentation bis auf Vorstandsebene Hohe Durchsetzungsstärke, Konfliktfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 Niveau) Schwerbehinderte Menschen werden bei gleicher Eignung vorrangig berücksichtigt.
