Then join us as an Assistant Banquet Manager (m/f/d). Two brands – endless possibilities  Your key responsibilities include: You support our Banquet Manager in the day-to-day banquet and event operations. You serve as a point of contact for all employees, colleagues, and our international guests regarding all matters related to event operations. You coordinate, oversee, and execute various events while ensuring smooth service delivery. You prepare events for our international guests in collaboration with our Event Sales Team. You manage events, meetings, and functions that often host hundreds of international guests. You handle and organize administrative tasks. You ensure compliance with all hygiene standards and guarantee seamless service processes. Be able. You are eager to grow every day, learn new things, and be part of a close-knit and ambitious team.  You remain calm and composed even in high-pressure situations.  You have several years of experience in a similar position or have completed vocational training in the hospitality industry.  Your strong communication skills set you apart, and you feel confident communicating in both German and English.
