Finance and Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership Manage and develop the finance and accounting teams. Assign tasks, set goals, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Financial Management Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with department heads. Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management. Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions. Accounting Operations Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and fixed assets. Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings. Prepare financial statements in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards. Compliance & Audit Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and financial regulations. Coordinate with external auditors during audits and implement audit recommendations. Maintain internal controls and implement improvements as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including managerial responsibilities. Strong command of accounting principles and local/international tax regulations. Proficiency in accounting software ( D365, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and MS Excel. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
