You work at the heart of Redcare Pharmacy, closely collaborating with the Executive Management Team as well as the entire organization.Your mission is to help shape and execute company-wide priorities, strengthen alignment across the organization, and ensure that strategic initiatives move forward with clarity, speed, and impact.This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insight into leadership decision-making at one of Europe’s leading digital health companies while actively contributing to our long-term success.About your tasks:Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO and Executive Team, supporting long-term corporate strategy, annual planning, and execution of key prioritiesPrepare strategic analyses, briefings, and presentations, translating complex topics into clear, actionable insightsPrepare, facilitate, and follow up on Executive Management and Supervisory Board meetings, ensuring high-quality materials, clear decisions, and strong follow-throughSupport and strengthen stakeholder management across Executive Management, Supervisory Board, and senior leadership teamsDrive execution of CEO-sponsored initiatives and cross-functional projects, tracking progress and ensuring accountabilityImprove organizational rhythm and operational excellence by optimizing decision-making processes, meeting structures, and information flowIdentify risks, bottlenecks, and escalation points early and proactively propose solutionsLead or contribute to high-impact transformation and growth initiatives across the organizationAbout you:5 years + of professional experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, digital business, or a comparable environmentStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect the dots and turn insights into actionProven experience working closely with senior leaders and navigating high-stakes leadership environmentsExcellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authorityStrong communication skills and executive presence, paired with discretion and sound judgmentAffinity for digital business models, technology, and data-driven decision-makingExperience in fast-scaling, complex, or regulated environments (e.g. healthcare, digital platforms, e-commerce) is a plusAdvanced academic degree (e.g. Master’s, MBA preferred) in business, economics, technology, or a related fieldFluency in English; German and additional European languages are an advantageAbout your benefits:In order to provide our employees with the best possible support for their individual needs, we offer a wide range of benefits:Work from Home: If your job does not require you to be present in the office, we can arrange the place you work from individually - even for up to 20 days a year anywhere in the EU.Redcare events: We promote teambuilding through creative team events, and celebrate our successes together at regularly scheduled parties.Kindergarten Grant: We offer our employees who pay for childcare in kindergarten 100,00 € (total) per month.Mental health: Get quick professional help from psychologists from nilo if you feel overwhelmed in your personal or professional life.
