UAV Test Pilot

As a UAV Test Pilot, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our unmanned aerial systems. You will conduct final product checks and flight tests, both indoors and in the field, to validate performance and compliance with company standards.Our goal is to provide democratic armies, including the Ukrainian forces, with reliable tools to defend their countries and the values they stand for. Your mission at Quantum-Systems will contribute to this purpose and make a meaningful impact.What is your Day to Day Mission:Perform final quality checks of manufactured products (UAVs and ground control stations) according to defined processes.Conduct flight tests in controlled environments such as hangars.Maintain accurate documentation, complete checklists, and prepare bug reports.Travel to test sites for periodic outdoor flight trials.What you bring to the team:Strong piloting skills for multicopter UAVs (e.g., DJI Mavic 3, Autel, FPV drones).Proficiency in computer use and digital tools (Google Docs, Notion).Solid technical understanding of drone systems and company-specific UAV features.High attention to detail and disciplined execution of all test procedures.Valid driver’s license (Category B).Professional skills of communication in English or GermanUkrainian language as a significant plus Quantum Systems specializes in the development, design, and production of small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS).
