About the role: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Supply Chain Intern/ Working Student to join our Inventory Control en Returns Department in our logistics. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement.It is a possible to start as an intern (fulltime), but also as a working student for at least 16 hours a week.About your tasks:Support in analyzing and optimizing existing processes in the areas of logistics interfaces, last mile, and customer service;Collection and evaluation of process data (e.g., throughput times, error rates, stock movements);Identification of bottlenecks and potential for improvement at the interface between goods receipt, warehouse, and returns department;Collaboration in the introduction and documentation of new process standards;Close cooperation with IT, logistics, and quality assurance.About you:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, R, Python etc.).Interest in supply chain processes and continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.“We are seeking a candidate with excellent proficiency in both German and English.About your benefits:To best support you with your individual needs—whether it's leading a healthy life, having enough time for yourself, or developing your skills—we offer a wide range of location-specific benefits:Travel Allowance: Not all employees live close to our office.
