Director Compliance (m/w/d) Dein Verantwortungsbereich
  • Erarbeiten, Weiterentwickeln sowie Sicherstellen der Umsetzung der Compliancestrategie im Einklang mit der übergeordneten Geschäftsstrategie und in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung, den Vorgaben der Gesellschafter sowie den regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen.
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung einer nachhaltigen Compliance-Kultur und entsprechenden Unternehmensethik im gesamten Unternehmen.
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Compliance-Programms durch Entwicklung lokaler Compliance-Richtlinien und entsprechender Verfahren.
  • Aufbau, Etablierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von anforderungsgerechten, revisionssicheren und nachhaltigen Prozessen zur Überwachung und Steuerung der unternehmensweiten Compliancestandards.
  • Sicherstellen der Durchführung der Identifizierung, Analyse und Bewertung von Compliance-Risiken im Unternehmen gemäß der gesetzlichen Anforderungen sowie interner Anforderungen
  • Sicherstellung der Aufnahme und Beratung bei der Einführung aufsichtsrechtlicher, gesetzlicher und sonstiger Anforderungen zur Gewährleistung des Fortbestands der Gesellschaft. Hierzu Konzeption, Aufbau und Steuerung eines Regulatory Office
  • Ansprechpartner für Behörden und Wirtschaftsprüfer (u.a. BaFin und Dt. Bundesbank), Führung und Administration des zugehörigen Schriftverkehrs
  • Koordination von aufsichtlichen Prüfungen
  • Verantwortlichkeit für Ethikkodex, Hinweisgeberschutz, Verhinderung von Antikorruption sowie Interessenkonflikten und schriftlich fixierte Ordnung
  • Erarbeitung von Schulungskonzepten sowie Sicherstellen der Durchführung von Informationsveranstaltungen und Schulungen zum Thema Compliance.
  • Beratung der Geschäftsführung in allen compliance-relevanten bzw. compliancenahen Fragestellungen.
  • Dokumentation und Berichterstattung aller relevanten Compliancethemen, regelmäßiges sowie anlassbezogenes Reporten an interne und externe Stellen.
