As the buying team, we take care of the purchasing of all products and the regular expansion of the ABOUT YOU brand portfolio. We are always on the lookout for exciting, new and timeless fashion and lifestyle trends from all over the world. To this end, we define seasonal product range strategies and draw up seasonal and financial plans. We manage all purchasing budgets ourselves and also analyze and evaluate KPIs. A good relationship with our suppliers is important to us, which is why we take care to maintain collaborative partnerships with our suppliers. Become a key player behind the scenes of ABOUT YOU’s success As a (Junior) Merchandise Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the assortment performance during the season, always keeping an eye on all important key figures. The role involves managing inventory levels, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring the right products are available at the right time to meet customer demand. Responsibilities Analysis of assortment performance and derivation of optimization measures based on relevant purchasing and procurement key figures (at supplier, product group, and article level) Monitor inventory levels to ensure demand balanced stock Manage stock replenishment, ensuring timely restocking of popular products and engage in negotiations with suppliers in order to manage slow sellers.
