You’ll join an entrepreneurial, international team of scientists, engineers, operators, and industry experts who are deeply committed to creating real planetary impact.As a Food Scientist Intern, you'll contribute to enhancing our ChoViva flavor optimization and assist with ingredient preparation and prototype development.A Taste of What to ExpectYou will support in product development efforts of the current ChoViva products, process and recipesPlan and carry our test productions, including raw material preparationConduct food science analyses using tools such as rheometers, texture analyzers, and sensory evaluation methodsDocument new recipes and create product prototypes in collaboration with the Sales teamAssist with daily operational tasks, including packing and shipping prototypes to clientsThe Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or similarIdeally, you have some initial experience in the food sectorYou have a passion for sustainable food and working hand in hand with other ambitious people on something meaningfulYou are enthusiastic about food science and product development and willing to learn food science related analytical methodsYou are self-disciplined, hands-on, pro-active and ready to take ownershipThis internship opportunity must be linked to a mandatory internship through a university and should last 6 months.
