We are expanding our operations in Germany and as we accelerate our growth, we are seeking a talented IT Recruiter to join our team in Frankfurt and help us attract top technical talent in the market

Your Mission:

As an IT Recruiter at Prime IT Germany, you will play a crucial role in building our technical teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled IT professionals. You'll work closely with our Business Manager teams to understand client requirements and ensure we have the right talent to meet market demands and support clients' goals. As part of our growing Frankfurt team, you'll help establish and run local recruitment operations while serving as the face of the company, with a clear path to grow into a department leadership role.



What You'll Do

Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals across various technical disciplines including software development, engineering, data science, and digital solutionsManage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboardingBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and referralsCollaborate with the Country Director to understand staffing needs and client requirementsConduct initial technical screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managersDevelop employer branding initiatives to position Prime IT as an employer of choice in the German IT marketTrack recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring progress, pipeline status, and market insightsStay informed about IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices in Germany

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, either agency-side or in-houseUnderstanding of IT roles and technical skills across software development, engineering, and digital domainsProven ability to source candidates through various channels and build talent pipelinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills in both German and EnglishStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneouslyProactive, resourceful approach with a passion for connecting talented people with great opportunitiesExperience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred



What We Offer

Base

Salary:
€42,000
- €48,000 gross/year. Additionally, this role does provide performance-based incentives.
