Referenznummer: 72-25 AUFGABEN: Ansprechpartner vor Ort für Mitarbeiter und Kunden Fachliche und disziplinarische Mitarbeiter Führung Planung und Steuerung des operativen Geschäfts Erstellung von Angeboten und Kalkulationen Kontrolle der Leistungserbringung im Rahmen von Monatsabschlüssen Reviews mit unseren Kunden Durchführung sowie Dokumentationen von Mitarbeitergesprächen Reisetätigkeiten im Rahmen der Kundenbetreuung ANFORDERUNGEN: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Aerospace oder Defense Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung wird vorausgesetzt Sichere MS Office Kenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich Deutschkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich, Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Dein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein zeichnet sich durch deine strukturierte und zielorientiere Arbeitsweise aus DAS BIETEN WIR DIR: Neben einer unbefristeten Anstellung bieten wir u.a. 30 Tage Urlaub im Jahr Betriebliche Altersvorsorge und vermögenswirksame Leistungen Firmenfitness durch JobRad und Wellpass Betriebliche Krankenzusatzversicherung Kooperation mit Corporate Benefits KITA-Zuschuss BEWIRB DICH JETZT Fühlst du dich von den genannten Aufgaben angesprochen?
