In this role, you act as the central interface between internal stakeholders, external partners, and agencies, ensuring all events are delivered professionally, efficiently, and aligned with our global brand and product strategy.Your key responsibilities You will manage and execute event strategies across different formats, including the following activities:Planning and execution of large-scale eventsFull project ownership for major events, including planning and implementationCoordination and management of external agencies and internal stakeholdersDevelopment and alignment of event agendas in collaboration with business unitsAcquisition and management of customer speakers as well as professional keynote speakers, including briefings and supportInvitation management: preparation of communication materials and, briefing of Sales/Business teams, progress tracking, and campaign executionEvent promotion: development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy to maximize registrations from prospects and customers – in close collaboration with the agency and marketing teamPartner and sponsorship acquisition in close collaboration with partner managementFirst point of contact for all internal and external inquiries regarding the eventOn-site operations and logistics: organization of SAP Fioneer presence, coordination of meetings, demos, giveaways, staff briefings, and translation managementOrganization of exclusive customer eventsPlanning and execution of customer days, roadshows and roundtablesResponsibility for invitations, agenda, program and locationBriefing and coordination of all involved SAP Fioneer employeesManagement of participation in third-party eventsSelection of suitable external events and negotiation of sponsorship agreementsTopic placement, content creation, and submission of contributionsOrganization of all logistics (e.g., merchandise, booth design and construction)Briefing and support of participating employeesRequirementsMinimum of 5 years experience in event management, ideally in an international B2B environmentStrong project management skills and organizational talentExcellent communication skills and experience in complex stakeholder managementConfident in negotiations with agencies and external partnersHigh level of initiative, resilience, and willingness to travelFluent in German and EnglishWhy join SAP FioneerTake on a responsible role with global impactCollaborate with international teams and top-tier customersDynamic environment with room for creativity and innovationEntrepreneurial spirit and short decision-making processesBenefitsYou will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry on an incredibly ambitious project to shape the ever-evolving financial sector.
