Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.What You´ll Do· Running engine test bench operations including setup, test execution, monitoring, and shutdown· Analyzing engine performance behavior and collaborating with propulsion engineers to interpret results· Maintaining and upgrading test bench equipment to ensure operational reliability and safety· Supporting test campaigns by preparing engines, instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition systems· Troubleshooting issues in real time to ensure test continuity and safety compliance· Contributing to process improvements and helping define best practices for test operations and test rig maintenanceRequirementsWhat You’ll Need· Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, propulsion, or a closely related field.· Experience in engine test operations, propulsion testing, test benches, or similar experimental environments.· Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and engine behavior.· Ability to work with instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and control equipment.· Technical curiosity is paired with analytical thinking for interpreting complex test data.· You may come with a highly relevant PhD alone or with a strong professional track record.· Familiarity with safety regulations for test environments is a plus.Who You AreYou love being where engineering meets reality.
