Du bist Volljurist mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung und Leidenschaft für die digitale Welt? Du suchst eine Inhouse-Rolle, in der du nicht nur Paragrafen wälzt, sondern als strategischer Partner echte Lösungen findest? Wir suchen eine selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit Humor und Menschlichkeit, die unsere Konzernrechtsabteilung verstärkt. Als Ansprechpartner für IT- und Wirtschaftsrecht sowie Datenschutz berichtest du direkt an den General Counsel und gestaltest die rechtliche Zukunft unserer Unternehmensgruppe aktiv mit. Dabei agierst du als Business Partner für das Senior Management und die Fachbereiche der Konzerngesellschaften und berätst geschäftsorientiert mit einem risikobasierten Ansatz. Deine Aufgaben sind vielfältig und nah am operativen Geschäft: IT-Vertragsrecht & Verhandlung: Du prüfst, gestaltest und verhandelst selbstständig nationale und internationale Verträge (Deutsch/Englisch). Der Fokus liegt auf IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud Services (SaaS, PaaS), Lizenzverträgen sowie öffentlichen Ausschreibungen. Datenschutz & Risikomanagement: Du stellst die Einhaltung der DSGVO sicher, schärfst das Bewusstsein für entsprechende Risiken im Unternehmen und wirkst aktiv am Risikomanagement mit. Strategische Beratung: Du berätst zu komplexen Fragestellungen der Digitalisierung und gibst pragmatische Handlungsempfehlungen. Legal Monitoring: Du beobachtest aktuelle Gesetzesänderungen und Rechtsprechung (insb. im Tech-Umfeld) und leitest daraus notwendige Maßnahmen für den Konzern ab.Prozessoptimierung: Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung neuer Richtlinien und Prozesse, um unsere Legal Operations effizienter zu gestalten.
