Let’s make it happenThe Senior Product Manager owns the product strategy, roadmap, and successful delivery of features for Emma’s customer care platform, which leverages the Sprinklr technology stack. This role bridges business strategy, user experience, and technology, ensuring the platform evolves to meet critical business outcomes, enhance customer service efficiency, and drive strategic advantage. What you'll do:Product Strategy & Vision: Define and clearly articulate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product areas within the customer care platform. Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as the primary product owner, collaborating closely with business leaders, Customer Excellence, and Engineering teams to prioritize features and technical debt. Market & User Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs, business requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities. Requirements & Specifications: Write detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. Development Lifecycle: Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration, working within an agile framework. Launch & Adoption: Coordinate go-to-market strategies, release communications, and internal training (working with CE Operations teams) to drive successful product adoption. Platform Governance: Define and maintain the platform's configuration standards and usage policies, ensuring scalability and consistency across the Sprinklr environment. Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key product success metrics to measure impact and inform future prioritization. Technical Partnership: Collaborate with the Engineering and Architecture teams to make informed trade-offs between technical complexity, design, and time-to-market. Who we're looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a minimum of 3+ years focused on B2B SaaS platforms or enterprise software. Prior experience with Sprinklr or a similar enterprise CX/CRM platform is highly preferred. Experience defining product development for customer care or contact center technologies is a plus. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a compelling product strategy and roadmap. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. Proven ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively across technical, business, and executive stakeholders. Deep familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and development tools (, Jira, Confluence, Asana). Strategic Thinking:Ability to synthesize complex business goals into clear product deliverables. Bias for Action: Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Executive Communication: Outstanding ability to present complex information and product vision to senior leadership. What we offer:A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals. A career development path tailored to your goals, with access to mentorship, training, and resources that will accelerate your professional growth. The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects as part of a dedicated, international team. A culture of collaboration and innovation, where you’ll have the freedom to implement new ideas, shape processes, and help build the DNA of a maturing company. To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events. Become an EmmieEmma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.
