Our flagship product, GFR Accounting Autopilot, combines advanced mathematical models with a state-of-the-art infrastructure, equipped with proprietary AI/ML modules to help our clients grow their business despite a severe talent shortage and increasing legal complexity. Our goal is to empower tax advisors and accountants to spend more time with their clients and on their clients’ most important problems, and less time in the kafkaesque maze of traditional accounting systems and processes. YOUR MISSION As a Full-Stack Software Engineer at GFR, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end aspects of our software applications. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy scalable, high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users and contribute to the company's success. YOUR RESPONSABILITIES  Designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications, both front-end and back-end.  Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using programming languages and technologies such as [list relevant languages, frameworks, and tools].  Implementing user interfaces and experiences that ensure high performance, usability, and accessibility.  Building and maintaining databases, optimizing queries, and ensuring data security and integrity.  Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure software functionality, reliability, and performance.  Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve software development processes. RequirementsYOUR PROFILE  Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).  Proven experience as a Full-Stack Software Engineer or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in both front-end and back-end development.  Strong knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or others, along with expertise in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring).  Experience with database management systems (SQL or NoSQL), API development, and version control systems (e.g., Git).  Ability to work in an agile environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.  Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.  Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.  BenefitsWHY US?  Join an enthusiastic and diverse global team at GFR, where motivated individuals collaborate in a friendly environment.  Embrace a culture of high performance and stellar ambition, where excellence is our standard at GFR.  Continuous Growth and Career Development.
